What is CBD?

     CBD or Cannabidiol, is a non-intoxicating compound that is derived from the Cannabis plant. The Cannabis plant family consists of several species, including the Hemp and Marijuana plants. The Marijuana plant contains high levels of the THC or Tetrahydrocannabinol compound and is typically used for its psychoactive properties.

     As an alternative, the Hemp plant is preferred for the non-psychoactive CBD compounds which are legally used for consumption in many products. According to research based studies, CBD has been found to provide a range of natural health benefits including reducing anxiety/stress, pain/arthritis relief, and aiding digestion.

Are CBD products really legal?

     Due to the recent passing of federal legislature (2018 Farm Bill), CBD products are now legal in all 50 US states.

Can I travel with CBD?

     Due to federal travel restrictions, flying when traveling with CBD products is not advisable at this time.
